Epic Tales – Peter Pan & Peta Pan

If you follow us on Facebook or Instagram, you might have seen our posts on the fairytales jumble up that we had been doing with the big kids for the last couple of weeks. We had 5 stories planned out, but unfortunately 2 of the kiddos were not able to finish them in time. We will definitely share those when they are done!

Here are what you need and the “rules” of this project:

Need
A Die (ours was 12 sided)
List of fairytales (we used 36 titles in total)

How
Prepare your die by having a different title on each side. We change our titles for each part, so the kiddos wouldn’t get the same title twice!

Part 1 – Throw die to get 2 titles. Using elements from the 2 titles to write the start of the story. Do as many paintings as needed!
Part 2 – Throw die again to get 2 titles. Using elements from the 2 titles continue from the previous portion of the story. Do as many paintings as needed!
Part 3 – Throw die one last time to get 2 titles. Using elements from the 2 titles continue from the previous portions of the story. Do as many paintings as needed!

In total, the final story will be written with elements from 6 fairytale titles. Each child did different amount of paintings. We will be sharing one story each week!

We’re starting off with William’s Peter Pan & Peta Pan (Click for slideshow). William got the same title twice during the first 2 throws – Peter Pan. It was what inspired the title of his story. Can you guess the rest of the fairytales?
